INTRODUCTION

Optimal Change Partnership is a local Not-For-profit organization that exists to work in partnership with individuals and rural communities with the goal of improving livelihoods and helping to achieve transformation in communities.

We are non- denominational and do not discriminate on the basis of culture, tribe, religion, ethnicity, colour, race, gender, or political affiliation.

Optimal Change Partnership was registered in Ghana as a local Not- For-Profit Organization in August 2012. This decision was the result of a conversation between three friends who saw the need to give something back to society, the financial limitations of the time notwithstanding.

The motivation to start a local NGO came out of the deep conviction that community development interventions should empower communities and individuals to own and lead their own development and transformation, rather than creating dependencies as has been the case in some instances. We believe that with support from like-minded individuals and organizations like you, together we can make this vision a reality.
